When the first draft of your site is completed, we will provide you the domain name to let you view all pages on the site so if you have any creative feedbacks we will make changes as you wish. We require our customers to pay 50% of the design work upfront before the development process of your site begins. Step-by-step we will work with you to make sure the site meet your needs and expectations (up to 5 revisions). Once we both satisfy with the result and agreed to publish the site, then you will pay the last 50% of your balance for our design services. Upon receiving your second half payment we will publish your website to your domain.

• Prior to the showing of your first drafted site, or

• Refund must be requested within 15 calendar days from the day of the first 50% payment.
