Our Web Development Process

1. Initial Consultation:
First, our web designer would set up a meeting with you in person (or over the phone) to get to know you and your business. After we have learned about your business and identified what your needs, challenges, and goals are, we will suggest a web development package for your website project.

2. Business Research:
After you have decided on a web development package, we will research more details about your business and industry to identify your strengths, weaknesses, competitions, and targeted markets/demographics/customers. From the information above, we will propose a website layout that helps you market your products and services effectively to the viewers.

In addition, we will identify a number of keywords for which your targeted customers are most likely going to use when they search for your products and services. Our web developers will embed these keywords into your website during the coding process in part #4 below.

3. Demo Designs:
We take the proposed layout of your website and design it into multiple website demos that are little different from each other and email them to you to view. You then let us know which demo you like the most and we will discuss your thoughts and input concerning your favorite demo. We will take your input into account and go back to re-work the demo, and then email it to you again for further feedback.

4. Coding/Content Integration
After you are satisfied with the demo design, we will begin coding that demo into a website with your previously selected keywords embed in it. Meanwhile, you would feed us your contents, graphics, pictures, etc., to put onto your website.

During this process, we will make sure your coded website is search engines friendly, compatible with different web browsers (Google, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, and Safari), and will load fast when the viewers call up your website online. These features and the great-looking website design are the key things that draw a line between “website” and “professional website”

5. Website Overall Review, Website Maintenance Coach, and Launch
When your website is completed with all the information you want on the site, we will go through your website one more time, before launching it online at your official domain, to make sure everything positions and works the way you want them to.At ProWeb365, we empower our clients by letting you have control over your website. We coach you on how to manage your website’s contents, which in turn will help you save money on tasks that you can easily do on your own. If there is anything that goes beyond your capability, we will be right here to help you with all your website needs!

6. Search Engine Optimization
If you want your website to be on Page-One-of-Google for a number of keywords (like those you picked in part #2), Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, is what you need.  Search Engine Optimization is more than just properly coded website; it also covers online marketing processes such as link building and website marketing, which gradually help push your website’s ranking to Google-Page-One.

7. Following Up
After your website is launched, our relationship does not end here. We will check back with you periodically to see how your website has helped you so far and what else we can do to help your website and business stay current with the changing technology environment. Other than that, we are only a phone call and an email away whenever you need us.
